Not to belittle your achievement, but law schools are basically going to look at your GPA and won't care one way or another about you being in an honors college. I wouldn't worry about it.

I would personally leave it out because it is unnecessary and possibly points out a potential weakness, but if you left it in it would not make a difference.

Unless your honors college was Harvard, Yale, Princeton, or MIT it won't make a difference.

I would leave it off/not mention it anywhere. It wouldn't make much of a difference even if had you stayed with it, tbh.
