Scholarship essay: bullshit vs. nothing

Lewis & Clark has an "optional" essay for scholarship consideration. I am well above their medians (166/3.94 vs. 161/3.49). I met with an admissions director over the summer who told me "scholarship range" starts at 162 for LSAT scores (I previously had two 159's).

I don't know what to write in this essay. Anything I do write will reiterate what is either on my resume or in my personal statement. So is it worse to bullshit my way through a page or not submit anything?

As well as the average law school applicant. I'm just worried about sounding redundant - if merely repeating myself would be worse than not submitting an essay.

Do you have an LSAT addendum? If not, write about how your increase proves that you can rise to the occasion and succeed academically. That should make great use of your bullshittery.

Not sure why you wouldn't write one - can't hurt - unless you are super busy.
