I just noticed that on one of my applications where it asks for other schools you are applying to, I accidently included an exhaustive list of every school I am applying to, including the school that I was applying to in the application. Will this hurt me?

In general, does it matter at all what schools you list? For example, on the application for a T40, it seems like listing all T10s as schools you're applying to would make you more likely to get yield protected than if you listed peer schools.

It may hurt your chances at schools exercising yield protection. If you applied to law schools which offer substantial scholarships to applicants with your numbers & profile or if you applied to an in-state law school with very low resident tuition rates, then other law schools may reject or waitlist you because it is unlikely that you would attend even if accepted.

They may just do it for informational reasons (get an idea of where else their applicants apply).
