GPA Addendum - include actual GPA numbers?

In my addendum, should I break it down with numbers, or assume that they will have my transcript and know the numbers? The addendum is regarding a very specific year of fail due to my mom's illness/death and my role as her caretaker, and my gpa is something like this:
community college as a HS senior - 3.0
4-year university for a year - 1.0 (as calculated by LSAC, the school had me at a 2.0)
community college + transfer to somewhat more prestigious 4-year university - 3.75 (maybe a bit higher)
So...pretty big difference. This has put me at a 3.3 overall.
(also, anybody want to read it for me?)
ETA: I didn't write anything on the 3.0 as a 17y/o (may have been higher, haven't checked recently) - I was a caregiver at that time as well and working as well, should I add something about that? I assumed since it wasn't "terrible" and I was clearly young that I wouldn't really need to explain it, but I can.
