Top Law Schools

Anyone here familiar with the Syracuse Dual Degree JD/MPA program? I've been trying to do some research in these Dual Degree programs in general but I'm still pretty clueless. For instance which tuition do you pay? And if your someone above median for the law program and would likely receive a large scholarship would you still receive it based on your law admissions credentials or do they weigh your numbers for both programs and then decide if your scholarship eligibility? Also I'm assuming you have to take the GRE for this right?
