Can I do this and what happens if I assign the letter to the application but it isn't in yet but I submit it anyways?

Wondering the same thing...any new leads?

I assigned my recommendations to two apps, sent them in and then the recommendations came in. A little icon showed up saying the recommendations were being sent to the school so I imagine that it is fine.
