Do law schools contact employers on resume?

May be a silly question, but would a law school contact a current employer listed on my resume? I have not told my employer about applying to law school and it could jeopardize my employment. Thanks.

How would they know their contact info? Did you put it on your resume?

I obviously put the name and city of the employer- I'm sure the admissions office could ascertain the contact info.

I doubt it - that's what the LORs are for.
