Has anyone received fee waivers from Harvard, Yale, Chicago, NYU, Penn, GW, or BU yet over the past few days? (For those who took October LSAT)

Harvard and Yale don't give out fee waivers.

I don't think Harvard/Yale give out fee waivers through CRS. People have reported getting fee waivers to the rest of the schools you listed, either solicited or unsolicited.
