Dec retake?

I got a 169 in June, and a 168 in Oct.
I am very disappointed at my Oct score, as my PT average was 175+ for the second round. I was sick on the Oct. test date, but I didn't expect it would make me underperform. Well, anyways.
I am getting a humanities Ph.D next June, and it's my plan to go to law school after that. (a bit non-traditional though).
I am aiming for T6. Should I retake the Dec. test?
