Early Decision- Submitting Documents

Hi Everyone,

Could really use an answer to this question:

The school I'm looking for ED says I need to submit it through LSAC by Nov. 1st. However, it says all documents need to be received by Nov. 10th. My question: Can I submit application through LSAC with one letter missing, and then if it comes in by the 10th will it be forwarded to the school? Or does application with letters have to be in by Nov. 1st before I can submit?
