updated LOR

I asked this question several weeks back but only received one response. I applied last cycle, and it didn't go as well as I had hoped. I am retaking the LSAT in December and reapplying. One of my recommenders included my October 2010 score in his letter (for what reason, I don't know). When I retake (and hopefully receive a better score), will it give Adcomms pause to see a letter that mentions a score that is different from my most recent test?

I am leaning toward using the letter that LSAC already has.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

I can't imagine it would be a big deal. I don't think it's unreasonable for someone to take the LSAT, get LORs, and retake the LSAT. In fact, that's exactly what I did.

I don't think anyone will really take the time to analyze your LSAT score in the LOR and compare it with your LSAC report. And if they did, the schools will see all of your LSAT scores, so they should be able to realize the reference is to an old score.
