Is a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Scholarship considered an academic honor for purposes of law school applications? Is it enough to just list it in Employment or should I list it twice? Thanks!

Use your own discretion - I think this is fine either way. If the nature of the scholarship is not spelled out in employment you might explain it in the honors section unless you've got a lot of awards to list. Also, if it was particularly competitive I might put a blurb in honors about "awarded to only 10% of applicants" or something like that.

I would list the scholarship itself under "Awards", describing the merits of such an award, and list the school where you worked under "Employment" with a bullet point specifying that it was under this scholarship, with a list of your duties.
