How often do law schools request interviews? Can I request one?

Northwestern: an interview is necessary. You request an interview through the website.
Vanderbilt: an interview is optional but encouraged. You can request an off-campus interview through the website or an on-campus by phone.
Harvard: phone interviews selected candidates. They contact you after you apply to make the arrangements.

Other T1 schools: no interviews.

Outside the T1 schools: who knows? Not me.
