LOR Question

Hi folks. I have been out of school for over a year now. I spent the first year doing a public affairs fellowship, and I am now working full time. I have two strong academic LORs from undergrad, but I have not asked any of my supervisors from my fellowship or job to write a letter. I could ask my supervisor for one and it would be strong, but I want to get my apps in as soon as I get my LSAT score back, and it would take a few weeks to get the letter. Considering that I've been out of school for over a year, would it look bad if I don't have a professional LOR? Thanks!

No it wouldn't look bad. Ask for the third LOR and submit your apps now. If you get WL, send the LOR along with a LOCI.
