BBA and Master's Classes Taken Concurrently GPA Question

So I did a Master's Accounting program in college where I earned my BBA and MS at the same time. I received both degrees in the Spring, and took both UG and Grad classes in my last semester. Given that I was taking Grad classes before earning my Bachelor's, will those count toward my application GPA?
