Taking LSAT question

I took the LSAT back in 2007 and 2008. I was accepted at a lower tier school, however was not accepted at my school of choice. I was unable to attend the school I was accepted due to an issue involving my wife's pregnancy and we were going to be unable to make the move. At this point I am really still wanting to go to law school, however due to a number of issues I am down to my choice school as my only option. I just took the LSAT again this past Saturday and although my practice tests were so much higher than before, I feel that I locked up due to test anxiety again just as I have before. I know at one time I read there was a 3 time limit over a 5 year period. Has that changed and do any of you think I can take it again, or that I should take it again in December? Any help or suggestions would be great.
