You probably should write more about each thing...I think your repeated breaking of the law might be a problem, so make sure to separate the events and make it clear that they were under different circumstances?

If you haven't provided context in another essay, you should do so here. Especially since there's a trend, and especially since the latest arrest was two years ago. Just something that shows you accept responsibility and it won't be a problem in the future. Hopefully, there's something tangible you can point to to show this growth (such as volunteering at a drug program).
