LSAC flex app help!!!

Ok, so I can log into my LSAC account, and I can click on everything, except when I click "my active applications" I get this error message:

An error has occurred processing your request.
Please try again. If problem persists, contact LSAC.
Note: Use of your browser's navigational buttons may cause errors. Please use the navigational buttons provided within LSAC.org Account Access.
I haven't used my browser's navigational buttons at all, have logged out/restarted my computer, tried Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and nothing will work!! Have apps completed that I need to send out, so beginning to get very worried. Has anybody had this problem? help!
