How many hours to finish one application?

That is, from the moment you decide to apply to the sending of the application, how many hours can I expect to put into it?
I'm going to apply to a very large number of schools -- roughly a dozen -- so managing my hours here is a huge concern.

Maybe 1 hour. They're pretty much the same unless you're applying to schools with supplemental essays. Even then, you can tweak your "why x" to fit other schools, assumming they're similar.

assuming u have finished all the essays, resume, and optional stuff...then just filling in the application would take prob about an hour for the first one and 30 min for each subsequent ones since they are all the same and the info transfers

That, plus, I dunno, about 2 hours of research/writing the Why essay if it's a school that asks for one.
