Lack of Legal Experience

How much does it hurt? I am an AA male 167 (retaking in Oct) 3.55 hoping for Harvard.

Short answer: Doesn't hurt at all. Non-law work experience is probably better. Law-related work experience is fine though, and better than no work experience.

Very few of the people I went to school with at HLS had anything remotely related to legal work experience, so you should be fine.

Look at LSN. While you're not a lock, URMs with similar GPAs and MUCH worse LSAT scores have gotten Harvard.

It's still stupid not to retake. OP has nothing to lose and a lot to gain by at least trying.
