Application Question

On one of my apps theres a box that has no prompt to the left or right of it (it's in the biographical info part).

above it are the last 4 digits of my SSN, and to the right it says "edit SSN/SIN". If clicked on that text explains that if you want to edit your SSN/SIN you should type it in the box below.

I assume that means I can leave it blank without any reprecussions, but the box only has space for 4 letters. No SSN/SIN is 4 letters long and if you're editing it you would obviously need to type in the entire number. This makes me wonder if I'm meant to type in the last 4 numbers of my SSN/SIN as some kind of confirmation?

any thoughts?

If you say which app, someone else can log into LSAC and actually look at it. Otherwise it's hard to give an intelligent answer.

It looks like it's only asking you to correct the last 4 digits of your SSN, if they're wrong. If the 4 digits are right, I'd leave it empty.

And wow, the whole online app format is waaaay different than last cycle.
