Who determines our lsac gpa? Do we sign up for CAS, send in our transcript, then have them determine it for us? (I'm sure this answer is all over the threads, but I'm just sneaking 5 minutes here and there from work to get some clear answers).
Thanks so much TLSers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LSAC determines your LSAC GPA. You have to use their CAS for almost all ABA-approved law schools. You pay the money, fill out your educational information and send them the transcripts. They compile, copy and send them with your applications along with an Academic Summary that they generate, including your LSAC GPA.

You can use this calculator to figure it out yourself:

Just note that LSAC may calculate classes differently than you realize.
