Returning Admissions Emails

Post by Perdevise » Tue Aug 02, 2011 8:35 pm

Quick question: What do you fellows think of replying to admissions emails? For example, if a school you are interested in applying to sends you an email fee waiver, or an email thanking you for your interest and promising to mail you materials, is it appropriate to reply to those messages with a thank you letter?

Depends who sends it. If it is a mass email, don;t. If its from the dean of admissions, then yes.

In my experience, it doesn't hurt.
