Apps for the T-15 and employment questions

Post by birchum » Sat Jul 30, 2011 12:24 am

I'll be applying to law school for the upcoming cycle. I have a spectacularly sketchy work history of resigning and being fired from lots of minimum wage fast food jobs. One in particular where i was suspended for suspicion of theft and subsequently fired (not sure if i was fired for theft... there was no way they could prove it... but at minimum i was very bad at my job.)
Will there be a question on the apps for T-15 that ask something along the lines of have you ever been fired, suspended etc? Thanks for your help.

Those questions appear on the C&F application etc. You can Google Columbia and Northwestern's applications online.

Not sure this is the right way to consider these schools either.

While granted, I personally don't have the data to say one way or another for sure, I wonder if UCLA actually places that much better than USC to deserve it's own ranking status? Or do T and V do that much better than WUSTL? Or hell while we're at it, do T14s like C and G place that much better than U/T/V?

Thanks for helping blessedassurance. And for everyone else, I'll be more careful next time when I start a thread with T-XX.

Here's Columbia's 2011 application:

Chicago:

Etc.

Check around September for NYU etc. I don't think most schools ask for that stuff. It's C&F you have to worry about.
