LOR Formatting Question

This may be obvious, but I just wanted to hear others' views on the topic. My recommendation writer is wondering about how to (if at all) address the letter towards a particular law school. Since it's a letter that I will be sending to all of the schools I'm applying to, there shouldn't be any mention of a particular school right? For example, on typical business letters you put the address of the recipient at the top.
Or would it be better to make multiple versions of the same letter with each school's information on different ones?
Any additional LOR advice, or links to other LOR threads, would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Address the letter to "To Whom it May Concern" or "Admissions Office" or "Admissions Officer" or "Admissions Committee". It really doesn't matter.

So the only things before the content of the letter begins should be the date, and a "Dear Sir or Madam" or "To whom it may concern"?

Assuming it's on headed paper with the writer's details then yes, that's correct.
