Who to email regarding scholarships?

Should i just email the admissions office with my letter? (would they just forward it to the right party)
The dean of admissions? Dean of financial affairs?

Do you have an initial offer from the school? I'd email whoever sent you that. If not, look for someone with "financial aid" in their job title/description.
