I have been accepted to a top 15-20 school. Sent first tuition deposit in. Second and final deposit is due in the next few days. I just found out I scored 172 on the June 2011 exam. My question is.... should i reapply? 3.68 is the gpa, and I heard a lot of schools average your scores which sorta doesnt help the cause too much..... thoughts guys?

Almost every school takes your highest. Wherever you heard the average thing from was wrong.

Where are you going/what's your scholarship situation? Reapplying could get you into a better school (which to some people might not be that big of a deal, and that's okay) but, more importantly, reapplying with that new score could save you tens of thousands of dollars. You could score some serious scholarships with that increase, and that to me almost certainly warrants reapplying.

172 and 3.68 could get you into T6, def T10 if the rest of the app is strong. or it could get you into a lower T14 with a nice chunk of change. reapply bro

Most schools, even t10 do not average the scores,

making it worth your while to think about re-applying.
LSAC studies, I can't find a link right now, show that the LSAT average is the better indicator of how well you will do in law school.
A 167/3.68 up to a 172/3.68 is still in the same normal distribution though on the upper and lower ends, so you did better but within a predictable range. For the schools who take a holistic approach, or average, it will make some difference but not much.
If you're in a good place right now, re-applying could get you more money at the schools you were accepted to this cycle, or a school with better opportunities next cycle.
You might consider contacting your current school and seeing if the extra LSAT points might get you some extra money this cycle.

Definitely do this. They might not have much money left at this point, but on the off chance they do, it certainly can't hurt to ask!
