Does LSAC "round up" when calculating your GPA?

I just calculated my LSAC GPA myself and got 3.945656566.
http://www.lawschoolpredictor.com/wp-co ... ulator.htm says that my LSAC GPA is a 3.95.
So I'm just wondering what is accurate. Would lsp be correct, or does LSAC truncate it to a 3.94?
Either way I'm happy, since my undergrad GPA is only 3.85 but gets a huge boost due to my school giving out A+s and counting them as 4.0. But I'd still like to know which exactly it will be. I've already secured a letter of recommendation from one of my teachers and I told her my LSDAS GPA is a 3.95, because this is what lsp told me it was. I only thought to calculate it myself after the fact, and I'm not sure if she's gonna mention my GPA in the letter or not, but if there's a discrepancy, is this going to cost me?
