Is it too late? Am I royally screwed?

For some odd reason, I went back and looked at some of the applications I filed and I noticed an error. On Wisconsin's application there is a question that ask you to disclose all your all criminal, civil and military infractions (everything but parking tickets). Well, I must have read through that section blindly or something because I selected no. However, I do have a couple speeding tickets on my record.
I don't want my careless mistake to be something that ultimately prevents me from taking the bar and becoming an attorney. But is it too late for me to call them and ask that I send an amendment to my application? Especially since I am not going to attending their law school in the fall?
I am kind of spazzing out right now because I don't want all of my hard work to go out the window all because of speeding tickets. So, if there is anybody who has any genuine advice, please, please, please don't hesitate.
