LSAC Rounding for your Transcript

I attend the University of Washington, Seattle and they don't give letter grades. You can receive any grade with a .1 change. For example, you can get a 4.0, 3.9, 3.8..... and so on. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with how LSAC will round these grades.
I have a couple 3.9's and 3.2's on my transcript and could imagine getting some other odd numbers and I was just wondering if they round to the nearest letter grade, round up vs. down, and do they round to 3.5 as on the scale posted on their website.
Any knowledge would be helpful. Thanks.
