He will win. No lawyer needed to represent his case. I'm just appalled at ABA's lack of leadership on this issue (and its competency in general).

He teaches (as of a year ago) a class at UMich on law as a vehicle for social change. Very inspiring lecturer; one of the most interesting classes I took.
Edit: The attorney, not who he's representing.

Except, tons of blind people have done fine on the LSAT and are at t14 schools. It's really not cut and dry like that. This guy is just an idiot.

Over the years I've read different articles talking about law suits LSAC has faced because it did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Frankly I approve of the litigation the ABA faces and to a larger extent LSAC has faced, because as many on here have addressed in the past they make it near impossible to receive reasonable accomodation even when the person has a clear disability that substantially effects major life activities. As for this case I don't know how far it'll get but at least it does get a conversation started on this serious matter.

IMO he should take a 2-LR/ 2-RC test.
LG while blind puts him at a disadvantage.

Depends. It's possible that he'd do 10pts higher on the other one. Still prob not t14 material.
