Where has Crim Pro as a 1L?
UC Hastings used to. There are a few schools that do this.

I went to Pitt.
If it's not a 1L class for you, take it in 2L. Crim pro is lots of fun.

I took Crim Pro already, man. I was just surprised that a school had it as a 1L class because none of the schools in my area did. What were your other 1L classes?

Only done 1L but:

Most interesting: Civ Pro, Con Law, Property
Least interesting: Contracts and Crim Law

Crim Pro is an offered 1L elective at my school as well (also a PA T2), to add to the discussion above.

First semester was Torts, Contracts, Crim Law & Legal Process (basically the jurisdicational/Erie/federal question half of civ pro)
Second semester was Crim Pro, Con law, Civ Pro (the federal rules half) and Property.
Legal writing ran the whole year.
