Top Law Schools

I'm on a waitlist at a school I probably won't attend if accepted, but in the LOCI I sent a little I said that if I was accepted I will attend. Clearly, my attitude has changed. Should I just let it go? I doubt I'll get off the WL anyway.

if you aren't going to go if accepted like you said then withdraw

make a sure decision one way or the other and execute

Just withdraw, the admissions committee understands these situations.
