Visiting Student

How does becoming a visiting student work? Can you only do it for a semester or can you do it for a year or two? I'm pretty sure I know of someone that did their 1L year at UF and has been a visiting student at Brooklyn for their 2L and 3L year...is that possible?

It depends on the school and to some extent how many credits you have. The ABA has all kinds of rules.
