Top Law Schools

I've recently decided to apply for law school this fall, however, I just tried to check out the LSAC website and I can't access it. I'm currently in China, thus behind the Great Firewall and am not sure if this has something to do with it or not? I have a VPN, however, so I've never had trouble accessing banned websites in the past. Seems like this could be a pretty big problem... I'm hoping I am making some super amateur mistake here. Any thoughts/advice/tips?

I never had problems accessing LSAC.org when I was working in China about 6 months ago. The sites that were banned were stuff like youtube and facebook. There are proxys you can download to get around the firewall. I used to use Vidalia, worked everytime.
