LSAC GPA 3-4 cr courses

I'm trying to predict what my GPA will be when I send my transcripts for the CAS.

I'm a transfer student. At my first school all regular courses were 4 credits, while at my current school they're split between 3 and 4. I'm assuming that LSAC just tallies up how many credits you get for a given grade. 30 credits of A-, 24 credits of B+ etc.

Am I right in this assumption? Or will they balance the two out more? For example, will they take a 3 credit course and make it even with a 4? I'm guessing not, but I was curious and couldn't find the answer on the LSAC website.

Thanks.

Your original assumption is correct.
