I just sent an email saying I decided to attend another school. Simple. I dont think they really care, not like they had pictures of me pinned up next to their computer...

How about this:
"I truly appreciate your generous offer, but I have decided to attend Bob Lob Law School instead. So you and your big wad of cash can go piss off."
