I have a couple of other questions:

How early should I be worrying to write my personal statement?

Will law school differentiate between my Political Science GPA and my Nuclear Engineering GPA?

I also brought ~50 credit hours form dual enrollment in high school (4.0 GPA). Will the grades in those classes count towards my law school GPA as well? My 3.5 does not reflect those grades.

I think this is about the time that I really buckle down. I have been having fun in college- maybe just a little too much. I have served as my fraternity's president for a year and it really took a toll on my grades. This semester looking at numbers I got scared about my chances in top schools, but I'm trying to remedy this in an attempt to become a competitive applicant.

No. You get one LSAC GPA.

If what you are saying is that you took college-level classes in high school, which count towards your college degree, then those classes will figure into your LSAC GPA.

The way in which LSAC calculates your GPA is probably quite different than the way in which your college calculates your GPA. For most people, their LSAC GPA is lower than their college GPA. This site has more information, and a link to an LSAC GPA calculator:
