I think the broad consensus is the only thing that bumps the money you're offered is a raise in LSAT/GPA, rather than additional softs.

You DO run the risk of losing money based on what next year's classes look like in terms of what schools are taking what. Your application profile this year may not be worth as much next year to some schools.
