How does LSAC present ur GPA and LSAT to schools?

Do they just send off your academic summary report and LSAT score, or is there a combined number that automatically let's law schools know where you stand so that they can short-list you?

My understanding is that LSAT & GPA averages of those applying to law schools from your university or college are included in the report.
