Curious if anyone knows who I should email. If anyone knows specifically for schools like Texas it would be helpful. Thanks.

I emailed the dean of admissions, who then sent my request to the scholarship committee (only found this out in the reply though).

If you mean UT specifically, I can't really speak to that.

But in general, you just email either the admissions committee or the scholarship committee. If you get it wrong, they will likely just forward it to the right person or tell you who the right person is.
