Can I use $ from WUSTL and UIUC to get $ from Vandy?

WUSTL and UIUC gave me full rides. Vandy gave me $72,000. I also got around $76,000 from Texas. Is there anyway that Vandy would up their offer to me? I would like to attend Vandy, but I am VERY debt averse...

Just checked with Vandy, the answer is no. But I appreciate you asking me, a member of the TLS community as opposed to asking Vandy directly.

The money from Texas might be more persuasive, but presenting all three offers in a clear, concise way that incorporates something about Vandy that intrigues you can't hurt. Go for it and let people know what happens.

I never get why these questions get asked on this forum. Just try it and see what happens. The worst that can happen is they say no and you're back where you started.

I feel if you ask you may be able to get them to up it to $90,000. It can't hurt.
