My best guess: Cordel L. Faulk, Director of Admissions or Jason Trujillo, Senior Assistant Dean for Admissions

Thanks, I decided to submit a 'Why UVA?' instead of a LOCI because I haven't actually been waitlisted.

LOCI at UVA: Addressed to whom? Forum
