Padding LSDAS GPA by taking CC classes?

I know this has been discussed before but I wanted to revisit the topic.
What is the general consensus on taking CC classes to boost overall LSDAS GPA? Do law school adcoms really scrutinize the types of classes on all of your undergraduate transcripts?
Lastly, has anyone done this (or known someone who has) successfully?

The general consensus seems to be to do it before you graduate. It has worked for a few people on here. The thing is that it by the time folks discover TLS, it is usually too late

AdComms will notice, but the dirty secret is they don't care as long as they were before your graduation so they count in the GPA they report about you to USNWR
