harder for undergrads?

Is it harder for an applicant to get into law schools (especially HYS) straight from undergrad compared with one with a couple of years of WE (assuming the two have the same LSAT and GPA)?

Other than at Northwestern (and I've heard maybe Stanford), not really. WE can be a good soft, but it's not huge.

Literally all other things equal, of course a law school would rather have someone with some work/life experience, but in the big scheme of things where applications aren't equal, you can get in anywhere straight out of UG that you are numerically qualified other than NU as Desert Fox said.
