If they wanted you that badly they would have upped your scholarship. Sorry.

Ya. Anyone actually have an answer to the original question? I am just curious if it is something schools do from time to time. Maybe when they need splitters or more LSAT's of a certain # etc.fatduck wrote:If they wanted you that badly they would have upped your scholarship. Sorry.

I thought W&L had a reputation for not negotiating scholarships. Could be wrong though.

Perhaps I am, because I could've swore that there was an inference to be made in fatduck's post.HelltotheNo wrote:FiveSermon wrote:He answered your question.HelltotheNo wrote:Ya. You didn't do very well on inference questions on the LSAT did you.HelltotheNo wrote:FiveSermon wrote:He answered your question.HelltotheNo wrote:Ya. I would just e-mail this whole exchange to W&L to let them know what they're missing out on.HelltotheNo wrote:FiveSermon wrote:He answered your question.HelltotheNo wrote:Ya. I am sure schools are aware that people care about merit scholarship and finances. If that is all W&L is offering you and you have already tried to negotiate, dropping from the school wouldn't change their mind. That is what Fatduck was trying to say (I think).

I wasn't trolling. The answer is no if you still don't see it.HelltotheNo wrote:Ah, the internet tough guy. Thanks for trolling hard TLS nerds.
No.
Washington and Lee does not have a codependent relationship with you that will force them to chase you as you walk away.

No. If you want more $$$ retake the LSAT and improve on the inference questions significantly.

If you change a few words in that sentence, it sounds like a provocative piece of historical fiction, revolving around George Washington and Robert E. Lee's time traveling, gay love affair.Jackson Pollock wrote:Washington and Lee does not have a codependent relationship with you that will force them to chase you as you walk away.
I recommend calling it The Heart Knows No Neutrality.

Am I the only one that started thinking about this book? I bet it would make the Times' Bestseller List.emmbar53 wrote:If you change a few words in that sentence, it sounds like a provocative piece of historical fiction, revolving around George Washington and Robert E.
