How to send new letter of rec when on waitlist?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried searching. I got waitlisted at a school and want to send an additional letter of rec. How do I do that? Do I send it through LSAC or should I tell my professor to send it directly to the school?

You need to ask the school. Chicago said that they would only accept additional letters through LSAC.

Send it through LSAC unless you are at the maximum that you can have on LSAC, in which case you'll have to ask the school if they will accept LORs sent directly from a recommender.
