Well here is my issue. I responded "No" on my early applications to the "Subject to any discipline.... at educational university" questions. Well I find out later that I received one minor Visitation Hours violation warning, and one No Escort Violation from leaving a co-ed dorm without a resident my freshman year. I updated my Character and Fitness Addendum and contacted each school to make sure they received a new one with the added warning violations. What I didn't do was ask to have my response to the questions changed to a "Yes". Is this something I need to do now, even when some have had my updated application for 3 or 4 weeks?

I have received one acceptance and one Wait-List so far and thankfully neither school was in the batch with the wrong responses.

Should the updated Character and Fitness already submitted cover any issues I might encounter later or should I go on and contact the schools to ask them to fix my response now?

was there a paper trail? this is a very minor issue- so its nto going to make your acceptances revoked. however, if you want to sleep easier at night, write an addendum, and email it to every school you want. explain what happened, and why you left it off.

Well it is on file with the University as a student code of conduct violation. Honestly I had forgotten about it and I agree its so minor it shouldn't cause an issue. I already emailed the new addendum to the schools, I just didnt ask for my response to change from a NO to a Yes on the questions referring to discipline. I dont want the schools getting pissed because I email asking to fix my response when it is most likely in review and awaiting a decision any day now. I guess I can always say I provided them with the information in the addendum even if I didnt ask for my response to change.
