I will graduate in 2012 . I'll have my results in July 2012 . Will that be a problem because I want to send in my applications in September 2011 .

Yes, you apply the fall before you graduate if thats what you're asking. The law schools will look at your grades up until senior year when deciding whether to admit you, then they just need to see your final transcript before you start classes to verify you actually graduated.
