Application Review on Weekends?

Does anyone know if schools review applications over weekends? Just wondering if I should expect any status changes for the next couple of days...

lol. Duke does apparently, but maybe because of the priority track stuff.

One of my professors on the admissions board was complaining in class about how last weekend he spent his time going over files....so some schools do review them, but I don't imagine any letters go out until Monday.
